1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using software plugins ("Software") provided by MotionKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

2. License Grant & Commercial Use

Upon purchase, MotionKit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to use the Software. We want you to create amazing things, which is why commercial use is fully permitted.

You may use our plugins to create videos, animations, and graphics for personal projects, freelance client work, commercial broadcasts, and monetized content.

3. Restrictions on Use & Anti-Piracy Policy

While you are encouraged to use the Software to produce and monetize your creative works, all intellectual property rights in the Software remain the exclusive property of MotionKit. The Software is licensed to you, not sold. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling & Redistribution: Reselling, sublicensing, renting, leasing, distributing, publishing, or sharing the plugin installer files, source assets, or license keys with third parties or on public platforms.
• Software Piracy & Unauthorized Mirroring: Uploading the Software or license credentials to torrent networks, warez/cracking forums, cloud sharing drives, file lockers, or group-buy channels.
• Reverse Engineering & Tampering: Reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, modifying, deciphering, or attempting to extract the underlying source code or bypass license validation and security mechanisms.
• Derivative Works: Modifying the Software or creating derivative software products designed to compete directly or indirectly with MotionKit products.

License Abuse & Enforcement: Any license key found to be leaked, published, shared, or associated with piracy or unauthorized redistribution will be immediately revoked and blacklisted without prior notice or refund. MotionKit reserves the right to pursue full legal remedies, including statutory damages and DMCA takedown requests, for any copyright infringement or unauthorized distribution.

4. Refund Policy

Because MotionKit provides downloadable digital goods, standard returns are not possible. However, we stand by the quality of our tools.

We offer a Conditional 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. A refund will only be issued if the plugin entirely fails to function on your machine as advertised, AND our support team is unable to resolve the technical issue for you. Refunds are not granted for "change of mind" or failure to read the system requirements before purchase.

5. Updates and Support

Your license grants you access to lifetime updates for the version of the Software you purchased. We strive to provide timely bug fixes and compatibility updates. Customer support is provided on a best-effort basis through our email and Discord channels.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MotionKit shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of data, project file corruption, or lost profits arising from the use or inability to use the Software. You are responsible for backing up your projects before applying new plugins.
